Annual Pennsylvania CAH Awareness Walk

Register yourself and/or others to attend this event.

Adults (ages 18 & up) = $30; Youth (ages 5-17) = $15.

Children under 5 do not need to be registered unless you want for them to have a t-shirt.

Make sure that you have registered your entire group by Monday, May 5, to reserve your Walk T-Shirt

(Please note: CARES never has access to your credit card information and all credit card transactions are safe and secure)

We encourage you to take part in Peer-to-Peer Fundraising for this event. Here, you are able to create your own walk team that friends, family, coworkers, and others can donate to if they plan to join you, or would like to support from home! The CAH Awareness Walk involves walking/running - activities which may include risks. I hereby assume all risks and relieve CARES Foundation from any liability associated with my participation. I grant full permission to CARES Foundation to use, reuse, publish, and republish my image and those also registered here as a participant/as participants in the event in photographs, video or other recordings. I have read, understand and agree to the terms of this agreement and sign as parent/guardian for children registered herein and as a representative for the adults registered herein.
